$50,001 - $200,000 $318 for the 1st $50,000, plus $5.00 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof, to and including $200,000
$200,001 - $500,000 $1,068 for the 1st $200,000, plus $4.00 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof, to and including $500,000
$500.001 and up $2,268 for the 1st $500,000, plus $3.00 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof
