Village Council and Planning Commission Village Council & Officers (Click here) The public is always welcome to attend the Council meetings which are held the first Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Baroda Municipal Building. If the first Monday falls on a holiday, the meeting is held the next evening.
