space is $20. We will be accepting reservations until September 6, 2010.

If you are interested in participating as a vendor this year, please

Agreement and booth space fee of $20.00. We look forward to

You will receive a letter with parking and booth locations one week

The Barodafest Committee/Village of Baroda/Baroda American Legion Post 345 hereby grant this exhibitor at

the Barodafest Festival approval to use and exhibit at Barodafest beginning on ________________, for set-up

and to display on ___________________ and dismantle on ____________________.

This exhibitor and the Barodafest Committee agree that the Village of Baroda or the Baroda American Legion

Post 345 shall be held harmless and absolved of any and all liability that may result in injury, misadventure,

harm, loss or any inconvenience suffered as a result of the use of this property.

This exhibitor and the Barodafest Committee further agree to furnish this signed agreement for activities held

on the above site during specified time before commencement of activities.
