Public Hearing Minutes

July 6, 2010

6:15 p.m.

Members Present: Claudia Brister, Bob Getz, Larry Nye, Ed Rath, Milt Sluder, Mona Stankiewicz, Don Turney, Treasurer Hemphill and Clerk Mensinger

Absent: None

President Getz called the public hearing to order at 6:15 pm introducing Mr. Eckenstahler, CDBG Grant Administrator who gave an updated on the Downtown Streetscape Project Notice of Intent submission.

Eckenstahler noted the project consists of 1,200 feet of replacement sidewalk, curb/gutter, installation of new period street lamps and selected landscaping/flower planters, per the conceptual design that has been discuss over the past two years and shown on the illustration display.

The Council and those in attendance did not have any questions.

President Getz closed the public hearing at 6:30 pm.
