Members Present: Bob Getz, Claudia Brister, Larry Nye, Ed Rath, Milt Sluder, Mona Stankiewicz, Don Turney, Treasurer Hemphill and Clerk Mensinger

Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m. by President Getz.

I.          Millage Increase

Treasurer Hemphill presented a resolution to propose a levy of 9.9000 mills for the 2009 operating tax Millage, which includes a proposed increase of .2307 mills.
Discussion followed. 

Motion by Larry Nye seconded by Milt Sluder to approve Resolution 2009-2010 - #3 to propose to levy 9.9000 mills for the 2009 operating tax Millage, which includes a proposed increase of .2307 mills.
