Meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. and are held at the Baroda Municipal Building. Special meetings may be held and will be posted on the building door. Quarterly Meetings (April, July, October and January) will be held, meetings on the in between months will be at the discretion of the Planning Commission Chairperson.
